Brookland Middle School Uniforms

Since the dawn of time (ok, maybe just May), parents have wanted to know what Brookland students will wear to school. Below is the basic rundown along with a more detailed list with pictures:

Students can wear khaki or gray pants, skirts, or shorts. Students can wear Brookland t-shirt, polos, or button downs — each grade has its own color. Sixth grade wears orange, seventh wears teal, and eighth wears purple. Uniforms will be available for purchase at the school, or parents can buy them on their own. Patches will be available for parents who want to iron/sew them on to their own shirts. More detailed list and pictures below:

  • Pants should be in khaki or grey — Dockers chino style, not skinny or baggy.

  • Shoes and socks are student choice
  • Families may buy a second uniform set (or a shirt) to donate to a family in need of assistance
  • Uniform policy will be finalized and revised as needed in the first few weeks of school. That includes decisions on sweaters, vests, etc.
